Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

We use Google Drive to be able to store downloads together all in one place with access for all of the company to have and share together. It's similar to Dropbox on OneDrive or SharePoint in my experience. I like that it allows everything to be shared and updated together at one time.

Pros

Cons

  • It can swipe up files you don't want to share
  • Sometimes it mixes with my personal life
  • I wish I could select what is sent there for everyone to see
  • It is a less costly way of being able to share files with the company
  • It is free, unlike other services
It is good, but sometimes files from my cell phone will wind up there and it stresses me out. I wish it's usability asked me at the end of I want it to be shared there or not so I always had a choice and knew what was going to happen.
Dropbox is better, and we also use that, but it costs money. Google Drive makes it easier to save files among JUST my sales team, so we adopted it as it was easier to share an Excel file and each edit it together by doing so. Google Drive was free to use as well.

It is ideal if everyone on the team has to work on one single document together and you can see eceryones work, their additions and subtractions, along with who did what and when and who is currently looking into the file itself. It's less appropriate for sharing if it's also on your cell phone.
