Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
I use Google Forms to receive information about my clients after they’ve signed on for services, as well as after to gather feedback on their experience.
- Super easy and intuitive ability to set up questions
- You can customize the layout and background which is a nice option
- You can easily get analytical data on your answers and replies
- Going to the different responses via the buttons at the top is a little tedious. I'd actually prefer to just be able to scroll and have each form response show up inline in the window.
- Positive - helps me collect important information from my clients before my classes to better understand who's in the room with me.
- Has helped me collect surveys for after class so I can add any improvements as needed and solidify strengths.
I think the functionality of Google Forms is a bit more intuitive and easy to just lock and load than Survey Monkey, yet SM has a more robust set of features and reporting tools that could be beneficial to some users.
