Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
We used Google Forms for everything from monthly breakfast selection to Employee Engagement surveys. We love the ability to transfer the responses into Excel, making it easy to analyze, translate into graphs, etc. It's super customizable, flexible, and very, very user-friendly. Sure, it's not the prettiest or most robust tool you'll ever use, but Google Forms is easy, and gets the job done!

- Easy interface for form creation and filling out forms
- The platform could be a little more aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated
- Using Google Forms has saved us a ton of money - we've been able to gather the data we need without spending tons on the large range of software options out there
I believe Survey Monkey is better geared towards external engagement as well as email campaigning. Google Forms is a simpler version of Survey Monkey, but in many circumstances it still does what you need, so it still stacks up well. If you're still exploring, I'd say give Google Forms a try first, and only consider other options if you find Google Forms is not getting you what you need.
