Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts
We use this software across the enterprise. It helps bridge communication needs for many people who do not work closely together or work even globally.
- Ease of use. It's really intuitive and easy to use.
- Brings people who work together closer.
- Allows for colaboration on work and sharing of ideas.
- Would like it to have an easier way to see how to add someone by phone if needed. I always forget how to do that.
- I am not part of the business where I have the details on the ROI.
I've primarily used Google Hangouts and haven't recently used other ways for collaboration, so I can't really provide any comparisons.
