Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I love Google Hangouts [(Classic)] for the ease of use for meetings and to talk to individuals in various ways. Google is so dominant and so many have access to it. It's the easiest way to hop on a meeting to chat via video or audio.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom and Slack

Zoom is solid but it's a whole other thing to log in to and limited in what its focus is. Slack has the chat functionality but Google Hangouts is integrated into my every day use and I don't feel like it's yet another thing to manage and keep track of.

I find it's easy to talk to others using [Google Hangouts (Classic)] and share my screen so they can see what's going on. There's a simplicity to it in so many ways that makes it easy to use and not have to be a technical expert.
