Overall Satisfaction with Google Meet
I work under head chef. Our most briefing is done on online meeting. So, we all use Google Meet most of the time. we basically get knowledge on recipes and other customer issues with food. We also talk about the new methods we would like to use in our culinary department. Also, some of our HR meetings are also held online and we can get update directly. During peak season, we have to rotate our shifts and communicate via Google Meet.
Pros

- Using chat messages for better communication.
- Voice clarity is top notch.
Cons
- Video or sharing screen takes time to connect.
- I think drop of call due to slightly unstable internet is pathetic.
- UI seems out of update to me.
- I think the call recording feature should be added in free plan.
- Increased contact frequency, which has an influence on contract length, sales volume in customer service
- Reduced travel expenses for a face-to-face encounter.
- Work closely with the team throughout the day
