Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets

We use it for almost everything. In combination with AppSheet its a perfect solution for using sheets as databases. The combination from one sheet to another is almost perfect, as each sheet has a unique ID and it doesn't matter where you move it, links are never lost. We also combine this with Appscsript, so Google Sheets send emails, alerts, messages to Slack. The possibilities are endless.

Pros

  • Administration of access for different users
  • Combined with AppSheet its fantastic

Cons

  • I really can solve everything I try to solve with Google Sheets.
  • More graphs customization would be great.
  • Fast interaction and fast resolution of problems
  • Never loosing information. It's all there in the Google Sheets.
  • Unified places for administration of stock and assets.
i'd been using Google Sheets for more than 8 or 9 years. All improvements where great. The mobile version is not that great, but spreadsheets on mobile are always not good. Its fast, and you can do whatever you need with numbers and database like needs.
I swith to Google Sheets from the Excel software installed in my computer. I think Office 365 works well now, but as all the learning curve was done in Google Sheets, we will not move from this. The link with AppSheet is a key feature.

Its great for teams and great for personal use. If you are a basic user having access all the time to your information and having the option of recovering each step of the sheet history is great. If you are a team you can track each change that anybody did on the sheet at any time. It's all there. Combined with Apps scritp you can generate a really big system sending messages and alerts to any member vía email or slack or more integrations.
