Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets

We use Google Sheets for reporting and analysis, especially when we don't have a specific report in place or when we need to organise data quickly for meetings, analysis and reporting. It feels democratic and it's readily available. Even having other tools, we still use Google Sheets for most of our reporting.

It's really easy to use if the person has some Excel knowledge. It's a standard table system and carries its regular complexities.
Google Sheets is a standard product that works really well for its functionality. I don't think it's missing anything in what it's been intended for it might not just be the tool for everything (eg big stacks of data)

It's well-suited for quick reporting or complex ones that can be assisted by Google Sheets experts. It also has a wide variety of connections make it easy to plug to all of our software and ingets data. It has only been less appropriate if we need to manually enter big chunks of data.
