Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets

While Google Sheets is not the state of the art, it lifted us out of email threads and into a system that allowed our team to better track our business.

We use it for all ordering and product line building. It is the cornerstone of all of our business.

Pros

  • Allows cooperative projects
  • Works like a familiar software (Excel)
  • Simple and easy to use

Cons

  • It should be a bit smarter
  • there should be more template options
  • In the world of CRM's it's tremendously cheap
  • Showed us where we had gaps in ordering
  • Has contributed to our improved inventory
It's familiar like Excel but works with a team and collaboration.

There's an ease in it's simplicity and when dealing with a numbers based business it's a perfect fit.
It's a necessary building block upon which so many other programs are created. Our most important information is best shared via sheets - information that then gets posted in all of our other platforms.
