Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

I use GoTo Meeting to connect with clients during the planning phases of a session. This is a key part of the process and being able to do this remotely is a main requirement. Since clients have a very busy schedule it's easier to chat with webcams on so we can read each other's body language and see gauge their interest in the various ideas and packages being offered.

Pros

  • Web calling with high resolution video and audio
  • Screen sharing
  • Chat messages

Cons

  • Client application always needs to be updated for attendees
  • A rich web browser based experience would be ideal so clients don't have to install anything
  • No more time loss due to commuting
  • Better understanding of client preferences and needs thanks to being able to see body language
  • Zoom Events & Webinars
GoTo Meeting is easier to use, with a focus on streamlined controls. The clean and less cluttered meeting environment makes it easier to get things done. The pricing of GoTo Meeting is more competitive than Zoom making it a better option for small businesses like mine. All in all I prefer the simple interface to Zoom as it gives me exactly what I need.

It's great for business to client discussions. Being able to connect with anyone at a time that's convenient without the hassle of commuting to attend a meeting is invaluable. For clients who need a flexible option for meeting, this checks the box especially for people with fast paced work loads.
