Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
place where we can provided meetings one on one and with our whole group when some of our providers are out of town or working remotely. Great place to all huddle up.
Pros
- we find it easy to access from anywhere, whether it's your phone or laptop
- great video quality
- great picture and sound quality
- user friendly for all age types
Cons
- some clients have trouble setting up sound
- customer service can be tricky to get to when help is needed
- User interface on the desktop can be tricky
- have not had to spend any extra income to fix or replace anything
- most accurately getting to the bottom of situations with employees in meetings
It was highly recommend and proven to have great quality and easy features for all age employees that I have. Also can be useful on the go and on your cellphone
