Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

We use GoTo Resolve to remotely support access control systems we install along the east coast. The unattended endpoint features allow us to tech support, troubleshoot, and repair programming and administrative issues our end users experience. It allows us to get a snapshot of system health and, typically, make corrections or repairs without having to roll a truck or technician to a site that could be hundreds of miles away.
  • It is simple to install and set up.
  • It is easy to manage.
  • It is easy to organize.
  • Having the ability to group unattended endpoints.
  • Having the ability to control which agents have access to specific unattended endpoints.
  • We average around 2000 hours annually between 3 techs managing remote systems. We would have spent triple that time in travel and time on a site doing the same work. It cut our hard cost to support remote systems by nearly 70%.
Transferring files, installing software, and remotely connecting with the mobile app. Those three features are incredibly simple to use, and the desktop app is fantastic. It is easy to find the unattended endpoint we need to connect to, and it is rapid to get connected and perform the functions we need. Upgrading end-user software, transferring reports and data, and managing IT on those endpoints.
Simply that, we are able to make changes to endpoints on our own and have the ability to connect to a client's machine and add software or walk them through a process or repair on their own, all while being able to watch the screen to make sure they are selecting the correct options and making the correct changes.
We have not used any other product. GoTo Assist was the perfect solution five years ago, and it continues to be today.

The unattended features are excellent. We have used GoTo Assist for 5-6 years. It has saved us countless dollars and time in travel and other expenses to keep the remote systems we manage operationally. We have yet to find a scenario where it is not an appropriate option.
