Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

Cases revolving around remote access to user computers in the area of online use of software where the the manipulation of personal data and the aspects of client interactions are important to the successful resolve of client issues. Words are not enough sometimes and the visual aspect of the help scenario accomplishes the transfer of knowledge to my clients.
