Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

Sometimes our partners give us some training in GoTo Webinar. We download at that time the app if we don't have it installed in our computer a few minutes before entering the training or conference event.

Pros

  • Sound and video Quality
  • Tools for moderators
  • Clean interface for the user

Cons

  • To offer an easy to use web extension.
  • Some parts of the interface look not so friendly.
  • Improve the load time to enter a conference call.
  • Good performance.
  • Easy to use.
  • Great compatibility.
I think it could update the main interface, and be more user-friendly. Right now, most users are used to using Web platforms for events or video calls, so they are waiting for an easy-to-use experience, without installing additional software or plug-ins. I think this is a very robust platform, with a lot of event options for speakers and moderators that you can't find in another tool available right now.
  • Zoom
I think GoTo Webinar is more secure and reliable than Zoom. I don't see Zoom as a secure platform after all the security breaches last year. When you are trying to look like a formal company it's very important for your reputation to use trustful technology partners. User experience in Zoom is one of the worst compared to Microsoft Teams.
