Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

A few clients use GoTo Webinar for hosting webinars, continuing education courses, etc. I have run meetings from it in the past but recently I am just a viewer on the platform. It is convenient for hosting courses/webinars with large groups of people.
  • Easy to use.
  • Gets a little glitchy.
  • It would be nice to be able to customize your event reminder emails more.
  • We have gained a lot of leads through webinars.
Generally, it's easy to use. I have hosted meetings with all kinds of folks and everyone seems to figure it out pretty well. Compared to other platforms, we seem to get fewer user questions and concerns on using this one.
GoTo Webinar seemed to have a lot fewer glitches and was easier for users to figure out than when we used Webex Webinars.

It is well-suited for large webinar events. My company isn't quite big enough for it to be super useful internally. Our main use is for client events and webinars.
