Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

We use it to conduct virtual meetings and other business. It helps us solve the problem of connecting remote workers. This has become especially important since the Covid disruption shifted many of our employees to a virtual environment. We likely will continue to use it even in the post Covid world.

Pros

Cons

  • Not a lot of advanced features
  • Stiff competition
  • Increase reliability would help
  • Reduced cost for virtual needs
  • Improved connections among employees
  • Has negatively impacted in person meetings
The usability is very good. We are able to use it pretty seamlessly, except for a few minor issues here and there. But nothing really major to say on this point.
It has higher functionality and better overall features. We used WebEx because it was preferred by a partner, but we have since shifted focus and priority to GoTo Webinar.

GoTo Webinar is very well suited for any type of virtual meeting or presentation. It does a nice job connecting people remotely and is very easy to use. Some of the scenarios where it may not be as appropriate include meetings that require lots of interaction and presentations that rely on in person features.
