Our company uses GoToMeeting in every department. From being able to meet instantly and help a customer navigate a support issue, to team meetings with remote employees, executive meetings and even BOD meetings. GoToMeeting allow us to meet 'face to face' meetings with team members in other states, as well as allows us to show and have control over client desktops to help them navigate support fixes.
- Ability to "meet now" allows us to quickly utilize the tool for real time customer service.
- GoToMeeting is easy to use whether it is displaying video, changing presenters or accessing the meeting.
- Ability to add/use our own conference calling software and dial-in numbers.
- It would be nice to be able to create a link between Outlook calendaring and the GTM invite - even if I post the information in my meeting, if the day/time changes, I have to change it within Outlook and GTM
- The time it takes for the program to come up and whether or not plug-ins are working can be long at times.
- It would be nice to add a "wait" slide or bio information that people see about the presenter or the presentation before the meeting begins - that could be stored and used as an option for various presentations.
- Improved resolution times for support tickets
- Improved communication and presentation abilities with remote employees
- Improved meeting efficiency
GoToMeeting provides the solution that best works for our company size (ability to purchase only as many licences as we need), presentation/conferencing needs (with customers and internal staff) and works with our currently established conferencing system.
