Overall Satisfaction

GoToMeeting is used in my department for internal and client meetings. Especially helpful when sharing presentations or showing how to access something.
  • Ease of use for meeting set up
  • Easy to share presentations, or share the screen
  • Ease of having interactive open discussions while viewing materials.
  • Background noise when a large number of participants are involved in the call, but I know they can be muted.
  • Positive in terms of saving on travel expenses.
  • Great for company with several offices and remotes that need to be included in the meeting.
None that I can think of...
Honestly, it is not my decision to purchase, but as an employee I would be in favor of continuing to use Gotomeeting.
Extremely large groups are harder to handle. Best suited for smaller meetings, 10-15 people
