Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

We have used GoToMeeting for training purposes with software vendors as well as for IT helpdesk functions when auditors are in the field.
  • GoToMeeting was very easy to use, the instructions were very clear.
  • There are no interruptions in the communication.
  • There are no technical issues, the meeting flows very well.
  • Clearer instructions when done
  • Lower training costs since instructor did not have to travel to our offices
  • Better customer service for IT help desk since issues resolved faster
  • Increased efficiency since auditors do not have to come into the office to have issues resolved
IT help desk and training vendor made the selection so I have not been involved in the selection process and I'm not familiar with other similar products.
Since it is over the internet, make sure it is not accessible by appropriate parties if confidential information is to be exchanged.
