Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used across the whole organisation. It addresses the need for setting up meetings with authors and retailers who live in other countries and use it for conferencing purposes. We regularly use the screen sharing mode, and set up meetings through it on a weekly basis. [It's] easy to use and set up new meetings.

Pros and Cons

Easy to set up meetings
Can have as many delegates as needed

Not so easy to use once you are in the meeting (had issues more than once when I couldn't share the screen, etc.) but once you use it more you learn it.

Well suited: lots of calls with people abroad, need for screen sharing and conferencing on a weekly basis.
Less appropriate: a small company who won't use it that much. There are many more less expensive solutions that do the same, so it's worth it only if you are going to really use it a lot.
