A solid conferencing platform but make sure to do your research with competitors

Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting is used primarily for conferencing and webinar capabilities. GoToMeeting is enabled across the entire enterprise, with each employee having an individual account with the product. GoToMeeting is great for teams who have remote/international team members.
- Easy to use
- Great sharing capabilities
- Great scheduling and calendar capabilities
- Not the best reliability. Sometimes, calls drop.
- Dialing-in could be a smoother, easier experience. When users dial-in on multiple devices, converging the same accounts isn't as intuitive.
- GoToMeeting enabled our enterprise with easier. multi-user conference capabilities.
- Zoom
This may be anecdotal, however, it seems as though Zoom works much better from a reliability and quality standpoint. We switched from GoToMeeting to Zoom a few months ago, and the general sentiment seems to be better. Again, not entirely sure on which product technically performs better, but from an observational perspective, it seems as though Zoom is the winner.
