Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
We use GTM as a sales tool, training tool, implementation tool, and support tool. It's a great way to communicate with our prospects and customers as a picture is worth 1000 words!

- Great widgets on the side bar to keep track of how you are performing
- Dial in has errors every once in a while
- Customers who have a hard time figuring it out will ask me for help and I don't know how to help them
- This is great because it helps me do my job more effectively
- I wish GTM offered better support for recipients of my meeting. It's very frustrating when they cant figure out how to join my meeting and I don't know how to help them.
