Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's a great way to connect with clients and customers. Conference calls are beneficial, and GoToMeeting is much better than others in the space (such as Google Hangouts). It's a more substantial web app that has more stability and firepower to keep in real-time during the call and avoid disconnection.

It's a good tool to use for video conferencing, and great for client meetings and candidate interviewing.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom

Zoom had a better and quicker interface for mobile connections and is more robust in the way that is hard to explain. It's just easier to use than GoToMeeting.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for conference calls between clients and candidates as well as team members. It's an effective way to put a face with a name and connect with people. It provides a pretty seamless way to connect with people in a business setting. We are a nationwide recruiting firm so it's effective in the interviewing process. GoToMeeting is an easy and powerful solution for any size organization.
