Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

We use GoToMeeting for webinars, training, virtual meetings with clients and internal meetings. I like being able to share my screen for webinars and meetings, and then being able to change the presenter or give controls to someone else while training on various processes and systems within my organization.

Pros

  • Virtual meetings.
  • Sharing screens/information.
  • Low maintenance.

Cons

  • I like the old format for meetings better.
  • Definitely helps us collaborate.
  • Great for meetings with people in different locations.
  • Is worth the monthly fee.
I haven't used any others for my meetings. I've participated in meetings with people who use Zoom but I don't really know much about it.
I highly recommend GoToMeeting. It's a great tool for meetings, webinars, training, etc. I think it's great that people in different locations can still collaborate and hold meetings, whether just audio with slides, or face-time like meetings. Given the current events with COVID-19, it's especially important to be able to have these interactions without actually coming into contact with someone.
