Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting was implemented across our agency when COVID hit. It became the platform we were able to use to allow staff to be in contact with their clients while working remotely. The platform is also used for conference calls to provide services to more than one client at a time. GoTo Meeting allowed for little disruption in our client contact in the face of the pandemic.

- Call minimizes and makes it difficult to get back to for keyboard

- Ease of access/use for technology limited folks
- Zoom and doxy.me
I was not part of the process that evaluated the platforms however, we tried doxy.me with our clinical services and due to the instability of the product we felt it was better to utilize GoTo Meeting with our non-clinical folks for larger group settings. doxy.me tends to drop calls and videos frequently for our clients.
