Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC

GoToMyPC is utilized by the entire organization. We use the program to access office computers when traveling or in client offices. Some of our vendors use the program to audit orders.

Pros

  • GTMPC is particularly fast even on dial-up connections from client offices.
  • The mouse share capability is extremely important and is handled smoothly.
  • The log of who is online, and when, is invaluable.

Cons

  • It would be helpful if you could occasionally add one additional user on a temporary basis without having to increase your subscription to a full additional user.
  • We have saved thousands of dollard in travel costs because of GoToMyPC.
