Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC

I started using GoToMyPC when traveling, but with the need to work remotely during the virus, this has enabled me to keep my business running. I have not been able to work in my office since February!! and without this option, I would have definitely been in a world of hurt.

  • Able to expand business because I can continue working even while away from the office.
  • I can provide better client service because I can access their file no matter where I am located.
It is easy to use. No matter where you are located, you can access the actual files that are on your computer. It is truly as though you are working at your desk. There have been times where my assistant is at my desk and I am working remotely and so we can work together on the same document while miles apart.
I have never had to use support and find it works fine

This is fantastic for working remotely. You can access your office anywhere you can take your laptop or ipad. It has been helpful when in a meeting and a question comes up in regards to a file at the office and you are able to view the actual file instead of relying upon your assistant's explanation.

Using GoToMyPC

2 - I mainly use the program, but my assistant has also had an opportunity and has found she likes to pull up a questionable case and have me access it remotely and then she can point out the issues that in question.
3 - I am not very skilled when it comes to tech, so when I say this product is easy, it is EASY. No problem to set up and I have never had to seek customer service.

I have used the product for a few years ,but I have really appreciated it during 2020 due to the absolute need to work remotely. It has saved my business.
