Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
We use it for off-site training, conferences and large meetings. Since we do retail business in 5 states it is more efficient to be able to meet face-to-face online. We also use GTW for human resource functions and investigations. We are able to conduct accident investigations remotely.
- Training......When it is difficult to get parties or participants together, GTW offers an unique opportunity to do the training "live". A big plus is also have it recorded for future use and reference.
- Meetings- With the GTM and GTW it opens up lots of options. A quick meeting with a small group is fast and easy. Can be done on the fly. While GTW takes a some more prep time, it works too just as well......As always, the ability to record.
- Sometimes you need the whole screen......Wish we could get the entire tool box on just a small icon in the corner.
- Chat seems a little difficult for participants to use sometimes.
Very satisfied with GTW----we like GTW and plan no changes. Expect use to increase
