Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
I use GoToWebinar to host free and paid webinars to introduce potential customers to concepts, ideas and training programmes. I specialise in marketing, including digital and content marketing, and also teach so love the chance to share and educate as part of the sales process.
I am the lead consultant in my business but I also host guest webinars, free and paid.
I chose GoToWebinar because I wanted a solution that would not break! Other software was unreliable and I have found this one to be really reliable, once you've learned how to use it. The email feature is a real bonus too, both for sign up and post-webinar.

Pros
- Audience interaction via comments and questions
- Recordings are really easy to find and share
- You can brand your webinars and the image quality is really clear
Cons
- I'd like it to be easier to import mailing lists into GoToWebinar, so people can sign up elsewhere too
- If you have another device nearby on wi-fi it can interfere with the sound recording
- It's not always easy to get the webinar started: on, share screen and record
Not as pretty, a bit more expensive but it works.
