Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
I am a partner as well as an instructor at AMFX. We use GoToWebinar in order to educate and address our clients regarding their financial problems and GoToWebinar is definitely a great tool for me to use as an instructor.
- Giving me tools that eases my job as an instructor i.e, Q&A box as well as the Hand Raise feature.
- Ease of use as in user-friendly.
- Able to record the session in case any of my clients missed it.
- Make the purchase easy, I have been trying for more than 5 times to purchase it and am still seeing error messages on my side.
- Some of my clients don't have the ''chat'' box, so they use the Q&A ones, sometimes I miss their questions so I need this feature to be improved.
