Usability

It is user-friendly and provides step by step instruction as well as technical support. There are people there to answer your questions and it is easy to follow along. I found it to be fairly simple and would recommend it for its ease of use.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used by different departments depending on their needs - not necessarily across the whole organization. It addresses the business problem of having some employees who work remotely from home or client sites while others are in the office. It allows everyone to connect and see the material first hand instead of through hearsay and notes.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It is a great way for employees and leadership to connect over a distance and keeps everyone on the same page.
Their support is helpful and follows up after a trial and to answer any questions.
You are able to host large scale conferences.

Cons

Each person must download the software before they are able to use it.
You cannot use it from your cell phone or tablet which makes it a little bit more difficult to use when you are on the go.

Join.me

I have used both and felt that they stacked up pretty well against each other.

Likelihood to Recommend

A specific scenario where it would be useful is when you are trying to hold a department or company-wide meeting and need to have access to both remote and in-house employees. Also, it is the most useful when all of the employees, if remote, are able to access a computer and a quiet workspace in which they can hear and follow along.

It might be less appropriate to use it for employees who are on the go from one place to another as you would need internet access and a computer.
