Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

Very easy to use, never had an issue.
I am a higher education professional and currently work with Columbia College Alumni Association managing the alumni interviewing program. I was in MBA admissions before and for both of my roles, I used GoToWebinar frequently. I used the product to reach out to MBA candidates and facilitated panel discussions. Right now, I am using the product to provide training for our interviewers and I find it very useful.

It's a great tool that allows you to do multiple things. You can share your screen, create polls to engage your audience and it records the questions so that you can keep a record of the questions asked and follow up in case you run out of time. The recordings and accessibility of the recordings are very useful and save me a lot of time.

I like the tracking capabilities on the platform. You can run a whole host of reports to track performance and engagement. The auto follow-ups and the ability to customize your follow-ups is very helpful. You can use your branding extensively.

I have not used any other products, I have always been happy with GoToWebinar, didn't feel the need to try another product.
Overall I find the product very user-friendly and you can connect with large crowds or with small groups. I never encountered an issue and I have used this tool many many times. Reporting, customization, recording and sharing, and ability to engage the audience through polls etc., are some of the features I like using.
