Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

It's very easy to use and I never had to go for help.
It seems to be used regularly by our agent partners to conduct training workshops; this is something we are planning to implement in our organization.

Pros

  • The number of people that can be invited to a webinar - much more than some of the other products in the market.
  • User-friendly and very efficient!
  • No issues in terms of sound and video quality, though it is also imperative on the network connections that the webinar users have.

Cons

  • The tools for restricting what is shown on the desktop during a presentation seems to complicated.
GoToWebinar is definitely a far better product in terms of the number of attendees allowed, user-friendlies, security options and professionalism.
Well-suited for training workshops or presentation where the number of people listening to it would be high. It is a bit on the expensive side, so it's more feasible for mid-large sized organizations.
