GTW is very easy to use and is catered specifically to the needs of people putting webinars on as
products/services in and of themselves.

We use GoToWebinar for our monthly thought leadership webinars and product demos.

Pros and Cons

Great polling features
Screen sharing and designating mouse and keyboard control to other presenters
Muting all attendees
Recording is available almost immediately and easy to download

Each attendee has a unique link and it takes a lot of work around to figure out how registration confirmations and reminders can come from your own marketing automation platform to provide brand consistency vs. from GTW.
I was the organizer and presenter in a couple sessions where attendees could see the GTW control panel and I could not resolve the issue.
Support is not great, no dedicated account manager.
