Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse

Greenhouse is used across our entire organization. With our rapid growth, it is extremely valuable to have an online portal that we check when we come across a possible candidate. Referrals are huge in our growth and continued success and Greenhouse helps provide a level of transparency into available positions. It will also help you track a referral through their interview process.

Cons

  • Updates during the interview process can be delayed
  • Duplicate referrals
  • We have been able to accelerate our referral program
  • Visibility from all departments into open jobs
  • No negative impacts from my POC

One aspect of Greenhouse that I use quite often is the ability to create a custom URL for a specific job posting. I can then go and publish that link on social media and if someone applies via that link, I will get the referral credit (if they're hired). Great addition!
