Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse

Greenhouse is used by HR and recruiting team of the company for recruitment management. Right from job requisition to referral to hiring happens through Greenhouse. Resume shortlisting to auto movement to next step happens.

Pros

  • Custom workflow for approval and review at all levels
  • Meaningful alerts and status updates
  • Profile tracking and referral management

Cons

  • Does not have comprehensive steps post selection or rejection of candidates profile
  • Recruitment efforts saved by 80%
It is almost perfect in terms of flexibility and options it offers for customization of filter and reporting options to be used in the entire recruitment process. It also offers wide variety of modern day options of creating test questionnaire from the portal. The best feature is of alerting when there is change in status
In workflow management and application tracking it score way higher than any other available resource management softwares
