Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Greenhouse is used across the organization as our applicant tracking system. We use it to schedule all interviews, review scorecards, and as a guide for debriefs on all of our candidates that we are hiring for our roles. It's a powerful tool used by everyone at our organization for many years.

Greenhouse is well suited for helping with organizations looking to streamline their applicants. It gets everyone on the team on the same page and helps to streamline candidate scheduling, scorecards, and interview debriefs. It also helps frame what should be talked about in the interview from the interviewer's perspective. It is less appropriate at organizations without a lot of candidates.
