Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it as our ATS system as well as use many of the integrations. This is critical for marketing, and getting exposure to candidates. Pushing to job boards and having internal users used as a way to give feedback in the hiring process. I really like how user-friendly it is, and the team is very happy with it!

Usability

It is EXTREMELY easy to use. training our team has been a breeze. The linear outline of the scorecards is great because you can focus on making certain criteria required by leaders and have the option to leave open feedback that is not in the scorecard.

The reporting of greenhouse can be clunky at times- I wish there were better ways to classify the data. There have been recent improvements that include dashboards- which I find very helpful! I really like how our entire team has access to resumes, and feedback, and we can integrate programs like E-skill all in one spot.
