We use Greenhouse as our central applicant tracking system. From creating and managing requisitions to incorporating different interview stages, Greenhouse is the one go-to-stop for all things candidate management and experience-related. I use it to input and submit candidates, and as they go through the interview steps, Greenhouse helps the decision-making process.

While it is excellent for conveniently maintaining high-volume applicants and candidates, it can be improved to generate valuable and simplified metrics for the team to use. I've seen a lot of manual work involving metrics pulled from Greenhouse reports.
