Overall Satisfaction with GRIN

We utilize GRIN to create in-house review programs as well as manage a tight-knit affiliate and content creator program. We send out 2-3 campaigns a month and love that we're able to track sales, conversions, content, as well as send products out straight from the platform itself. Initially used by the Social team, our Ecomm team is also using the program as well.

GRIN is a user-friendly and intuitive Influencer Management platform that is well-rounded. Great for managing small campaigns and [sending] out, the small improvements that can be implemented are the quality of life features, specific to sending out emails. Their influencer reports can be more in-depth and updated on a regular basis instead of having tokens to spend on to get an in-depth report. Their chrome extension is super convenient and easy to use.
