Overall Satisfaction with GRIN
GRIN is being used to find and manage social media creators. It is used by different parts of the marketing team depending on the individual need. We look to download content, manage social media stats, as well as manage creator conversions and discounts.
- Allow to users mass send emails while personally addressing creators.
- Allow all the content to be available in one place.
- It connects and works well with Shopify.
- Change the logo for Instagram posts and story posts.
- Filter content in Campaigns better.
- To only be able to content from a date range in Campaigns instead of seeing every single post.
- Grab better stats on individual influencers as well as a group of them.
- Easier communicate.
- Organization
- Managing revenue from creators.
- Setting up creators.
