Overall Satisfaction with Groove

It is being used across the organization and has been a very useful and efficient tool. I'm grateful for it.
  • Create tasks using "baby groove" button.
  • Log calls and "others" (texts, etc) using the blue groove pill.
  • Log activity within flows and emails, great for efficiency.
  • Omnibar is THE BEST and useful for keeping track of so many clients.
  • I would like there to be a "LinkedIn" message and "text" message drop down for documentation other than just "other."
  • It's helped with overall productivity.
  • I'm able to make so many connections and keep track of them through tasks.
  • I am able to see my progress through analytics and I love that, it's motivating and shows room for improvement when needed.
I used an accounting software for the last company that I worked for and it was awful to keep track of correspondences.
Anytime that there has been a suggestion and upper management has brought it to the Groove team, there seems to be a quick response and action taken.

It's been efficient and a useful tool, easy to keep track of emails and correspondences and even removes contacts from flows once they've responded. I've used a lot of systems in the past and Groove is by far the most user friendly and useful.
