Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used by our entire sales organization. We use it to send out email campaigns through their flow product, and track email activity.

Pros

  • Extremely easy to use interface.
  • Great stats and tracking organization.

Cons

  • I wish I could view email opens directly from my gmail home screen.
  • Groove has allowed our team to send more emails in less time.
We had great training by the Groove team and they always respond to our needs/questions in a timely manner.

Groove is great to support mid-size to large sales teams in creating day to day organization. It helps my team organize their email outreach and track the success of email campaigns. It also integrates extremely well with Salesforce which helps us connect data and account contacts.
