Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We utilize Groove to connect our email system to Salesforce to have automated integration so we do not have to manually enter emails and track activity. We also utilize Groove to share email templates and create workflows automatically via email to streamline our business processes. Groove has made sharing the same message quickly very efficient during the recent COVID crisis for our company to have a unified message to our clients!
  • Email to Salesforce integration.
  • Real time updating of templates.
  • Message tracking of read receipts.
  • Sometimes the messages do not always flow through the Groove app in Gmail and you have to manually enter it.
  • The workflows are tricky to get down and learn how to use.
We did not understand the workflow portion very well and our Groove representative set up several live meetings to walk us through the process and answer our questions for our company. It was a little thing but the customer service meant a lot to us.

I would recommend Groove because it makes work balance so much easier! I also forgot to mention one of my favorite aspects of Groove which is the calendar booking link! You can share a link with others to book a meeting with you and set the time frame or give specific times and dates. It takes away the back and forth of trying to find a good time to schedule!
