Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove on our team to track emails and email engagement with our customers. I also really enjoy the 'book a meeting" feature because it allows me to provide time slots for my customers to chose from to meet with me. I also recently wrote an internal blog about how helpful Groove is along with some of the other tools we are using.

  • Engagement analytics
  • It would be nice if the email templates were a bit more user friendly when selecting them within an email.
  • Provided us with engagement analytics.
  • Templates and the Book a Meeting feature save time, which allows that time to be used elsewhere.
