Groove templates and the scheduling tool has made initial contact to prospects extremely efficient. In the increased volume of leads for all our programs, we rely on Groove to help us stay organized and focus on those prospects that are actively engaged.

Cons
- Because 2U represents both 2U and the university partner, it would be nice to be able to switch from our 2U gmail address to our onlinebusiness gmail address when students book meetings. For example, when a meeting is scheduled, rather than being able to toggle between email addresses like you can do in gmail, Groove will automatically send a confirmation email from my 2U address.
- We can't seem to figure out how to track the effectiveness of booking meetings because it doesn't track in Groove. My team is currently working with Customer Service to fix that issue but I'm sure we'll find that that feature has significantly increased our contact rate and engagement with our customers.
