Groove automatically logs all of our customer-facing emails and activities to Salesforce for easy recording & reporting. The individual teams also make great use of the templates and flows functionalities to streamline customer communications and automate repetitive tasks.

- Using Groove Flows, we were able to touch customers that we didn't have the human resources to touch.
- Having Groove auto log all of our activities through Google saves us a ton of admin work that would otherwise have to be done manually.
