Overall Satisfaction with Groove

It's been used across the whole organization to keep the e-mails in the history. I love the tools, because Groove and Salesforce help me to add what's happening with my contacts.
  • Attach email in Opportunities for help, always an updated history.
  • Telling how sent emails are activated helps me to organize myself.
  • Knowing when a prospect opened my emails and which part of the world they read in helps with the sale.
  • It would be great if I could call from my cell phone and the call would also be recorded as an activity.
  • Suggestion of email templates with schedule for sending follow-ups.
  • I do not know how to measure this in ROI, as it is not my area, but I am sure that as a salesperson it helps me a lot.
Every time I need something the support can help me out.

Super appropriate for the sales funnel. The prospecting where we are following up with contacts, when emails are opened, receiving notices that we must reply, the automation of activities is very good and easy to work with.
