Overall Satisfaction with Groove
It's been used across the whole organization to keep the e-mails in the history. I love the tools, because Groove and Salesforce help me to add what's happening with my contacts.
- Attach email in Opportunities for help, always an updated history.
- Telling how sent emails are activated helps me to organize myself.
- Knowing when a prospect opened my emails and which part of the world they read in helps with the sale.
- It would be great if I could call from my cell phone and the call would also be recorded as an activity.
- Suggestion of email templates with schedule for sending follow-ups.
- I do not know how to measure this in ROI, as it is not my area, but I am sure that as a salesperson it helps me a lot.
