Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove for email campaigns, bulk email distributions, and templates. It is useful for tracking whether the recipient actually opened the email or not.

Pros

  • Integration with Salesforce and Gmail
  • Tracking open rates
  • Creating flows

Cons

  • Integrate with Outlook and Highspot
  • Better formatting
  • Better workflow when reusing the flow
  • Templates
  • Flows
  • Using data from Salesforce when create emails (like adding names, company, etc.)
  • Using Salesforce reports right in Groove to add recipients
  • Managing clients at scale
  • Client retention
  • Increased productivity
It is intuitive, but I don't understand how analytics calculate that I have a meeting out of email campaign

Well suited when you need to bulk send email, create a flow for chasing the client, or when you want to use templated email. When you have a new user, you can create flow with multiple emails to feed with onboarding information.
