Groove Review
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is used by the Sales Development & Marketing teams for large campaigns, marketing event follow-up, & for sharing related templates to others in the org. This helps us schedule and stay on top of outstanding and upcoming sales activity. We have started collaborating within Groove more recently, as well. Marketing is creating our follow-up materials and sharing them within Groove, as well as sales reps working with their SDRs to track progress on target accounts, using the workspaces feature.

- Better integration with Salesforce and view of open opportunities without opening SF in a separate window.
- Formatting with spacing and bullets isn't always easy and doesn't always send as it appears in Groove's preview.

- Unable to answer, more of a management question. Overall, Groove allows us to get more done in less time.
